Arçelik - Success Story
Arçelik Çerkezköy Engine Plant UMS (Production Management System) Project is a visionary project where we successfully implemented the Digital Factory Concept.
The project, which was previously installed in existing business centers, is being reconstructed on new unmanned automation supported lines, and the automation on the band works fully integrated with our IMS application. In addition, material, recipe and logistics integrations were made with ERP, coordination of all units in the production area was ensured, and e-kanban and automatic feeding processes were successfully put into operation.
Due to their support in this process, the Arçelik team also contributed greatly to the transition to the Industry 4.0 concept. This system, which we designed and implemented, is spreading throughout Arçelik EMI.
